Bitcoin’s long-term success depends on a diverse, global community of open-source contributors — one that reflects the people who rely on it most.
Vinteum exists to help make that vision a reality. We’re a non-profit Bitcoin research and development center focused on supporting developers in Brazil. We train, mentor, and fund contributors to work on Bitcoin Core, the Lightning Network, and other critical infrastructure — growing a Bitcoin builder community from the ground up and creating a sustainable pipeline of open-source contributors for the future.

The Bitcoin Dev Launchpad is our flagship acceleration program for open-source contributors. Over 12 weeks, participants learn by doing, through hands-on projects and mentorship, followed by a six-month fellowship for top-performing participants.
